Timothy J. Rodes is an associate at Concepción Global PLLC, where he focuses on international disputes and complex cross-border litigation. He represents clients in commercial disputes involving multinational business relationships, international contracts, and proceedings connected to international arbitration. Tim also serves as tribunal secretary in international arbitrations administered under the rules of leading arbitral institutions.
Before entering private practice, Tim spent more than five years within the federal judiciary, including clerkship and staff attorney positions with the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the Eastern District of California, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
Tim earned his J.D., Magna Cum Laude and ranked second in his class, and his LL.M. in Democratic Governance and Rule of Law from Ohio Northern University — Claude W. Pettit College of Law.
