Rodney Lake is Of Counsel at Concepcion Global PLLC, where he advises closely held businesses, founders, and high-net-worth individuals on tax-efficient domestic and cross-border structuring.

Rodney brings deep experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, financings, and corporate restructurings, paired with substantial domestic restructuring, individual, estate, and trust tax planning work. He also represents taxpayers in controversies before the Internal Revenue Service and the U.S. Tax Court.

Before joining Concepcion Global, Rodney was a partner and co-chair of the tax practice group at a leading New England law firm and advised private equity and corporate clients on international tax matters as part of a Big Four accounting firm’s International Tax and Transaction Services practice. He holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law, a J.D. from Boston College Law School, and a B.A. from Tufts University.
