Munia El Harti Alonso focuses her practice on complex cross-border disputes. She has significant experience in international commercial and investor-state arbitrations subject to the ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL and ICDR/AAA rules in oil and gas, construction and post M&A matters.

She has advised foreign investors about the federal Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act. She is also a teacher of renewable energy disputes at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Munia is a native speaker of English, Spanish, French and has a working knowledge of Portuguese. Her international network and legal acumen ensure that our clients receive top-notch representation with a global perspective.
